Every refurbished phone we sell goes through a structured 50-step check before it is listed, including device-status checks, functional testing, secure data wiping, battery-health verification, cosmetic grading and final quality control. Phones that do not meet our functional, battery or condition standards may be repaired and retested or removed from sale.

How to choose a used or refurbished phone
A refurbished phone is a previously owned device that has been checked and prepared for resale. When comparing a used or refurbished phone, start with the model you need, then compare storage, cosmetic grade, battery standard and price. Cosmetic grade describes appearance rather than functionality, so a lower grade can still meet the same functional testing standard and may offer better value if visible wear matters less to you.
How our refurbished phones are checked
Our 50 Step Refurb Check covers device identity and status, visual inspection, display and touch, cameras and supported biometrics, audio and controls, charging and connectivity, battery health, secure data wiping, cosmetic grading and final quality control. The detailed process also states that IMEI and network-status verification can form part of the initial status check.
Grading and after-sales support
